Important: Failure to do so will result in your appointment potentially being treated as a "day of cancellation". Previous work must be 70%-80% faded before working over it and will most likely need additional touch-ups to fully cover the previous work.

Please try your best to show up on time. Being 15 minutes late will cut into the next appointment.

Being 15 minutes late with no contact will be treated as a "day of cancellation" and you will have to book again and pay a new booking deposit.

Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required before your appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours: You will forfeit your deposit.

Day of cancellations (within 24 hours): You will be charged 50% of the service fee for both PMU Services and Brow Maintenance Services.

NO CALL NO SHOWS: By booking, you agree to service and to pay 100% of the service fee.

Should you "No-Show" and miss your appointment with no notice:

You will be charged 50% of the service fee
You will be BANNED from booking future appointments

No showing your appointment takes time away from other clients and disrespects my time. I try to accommodate you by sending confirmation emails and texts to prevent this.

PMU Service Requirements & Contraindications

You must be 18 years of age for PMU Services and able to provide a valid driver's license or ID card.

No, you must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding to receive PMU services.

The following conditions may affect your healing process or prevent you from receiving services:

Keloids or prone to keloid scarring
Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis
Excessive sweating

You cannot receive services if you are:

On Accutane or have used Accutane in the past year
Heavily on medications, specifically blood thinning medications or antibiotics
Currently undergoing cancer treatment (must be off Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior)

You cannot receive services if you have:

Cardiac valve disease or heart conditions
Epilepsy
Allergic reactions to latex or antibiotics
Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders
